Monthly AI credits
You are never charged automatically when credits run out. AI work pauses until the end of the month; your store, orders and panel keep working normally. You can buy extra credits or move up a plan.

- VAT
- Listed amounts exclude VAT. Invoices are issued with VAT added.
- Monthly / yearly
- Monthly billing has no commitment — leave whenever you want. Yearly billing includes two months free.
- Payment commission
- The commission on what you collect from customers belongs to your card provider (iyzico / PayTR), not to Mustbase. The agreement is in your own company name and the money reaches your account directly.
- Domain
- You own your domain; connecting it and its SSL are included. Registration and renewal fees are paid to the registrar and are not part of the subscription.
- Ad budget
- Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta and is not included in the subscription. The figure in each plan is the ceiling a strategy can be prepared for.
- Cancellation and data
- Cancel whenever you want. Your store goes offline, your data is kept for 30 days, and you can export it during that window.
For early subscribers: 40–50% below list price on Grow and Scale, fixed for life. Not a beta discount — your price never increases while your subscription continues.
