Each business is isolated. What the specialists learn stays in your account; industry-level learning uses anonymised, aggregated data only.

There is no fixed monthly fee — that part is free. In return, a total of 5.25% is deducted when you make a sale: 4.26% Mustbase service fee and 0.99% payment provider share. If you do not sell, you pay nothing. We do not say “completely free”, because that would not be true.

Successful sales only. Cancelled, refunded and failed orders are not charged; if a fee was taken it is returned. On partial refunds the fee is recalculated on the remaining amount.

Mustbase takes no commission on your sales (0%). The payment provider’s 0.99% share applies on every plan and does not come to us. That is why we never claim “zero total commission” on any plan.

As monthly sales grow, the deduction grows with them; past a point a fixed fee is cheaper. The comparison table in your panel uses your real sales from the last 30 days and tells you which plan costs you less — including when staying on Free is the better option for you.

A credit is the unit of work the AI team does; the tariff states how many credits each task costs (a product SEO pass is 10 credits, for example). Plan credits renew monthly and do not carry over; credits you purchase stay valid for their validity period. When credits run out your store keeps working — only the AI team pauses. Failed operations are never charged.

When the person you invite publishes their store, AI credits are added to your account, and they receive starter credits too. The campaign rewards up to 5 invitations. Credits cannot be cashed out or transferred and are valid for a limited period. The campaign terms are shown in the Referral tab of your panel.
