Frequently asked questions

How many grafts will I need?

It depends on the size of the thinning area and the density of your donor area at the back of the head. Send us front, top and back photos and we’ll give you a personal graft range.

Does the package price depend on the number of grafts?

The exact scope is confirmed with your personal plan after we review your photos. We share everything in writing before the procedure, so there are no surprise extra costs.

How long does the procedure take?

A hair transplant usually takes 6–8 hours depending on the number of grafts. Beard and eyebrow transplants are shorter.

When can I go back to work?

The small scabs in the transplanted area usually fall off within 7–10 days. Most people with desk jobs are back at work after a few days.

When will I see the result?

Shedding of the transplanted hair in the first months (shock loss) is normal. New hair starts growing from month 3–4, and the final look settles around month 12.

What do PRP and mesotherapy do?

They are supportive treatments that nourish the hair follicles to help recovery after a transplant and improve the quality of existing hair. The Premium package includes 6 PRP sessions and 4 mesotherapy sessions; Standard includes 3 and Care Plus 4 PRP sessions.

I’m coming from abroad — how long do I need to stay?

At least 3 days: day 1 is the procedure, day 2 is rest and day 3 is your first wash. We arrange your accommodation and transfers and send you their cost as a separate quote.

What happens to my photos?

Your photos are used only for your assessment, stored in a private, access-restricted store and deleted on request. They are never published without your permission.

Hair Transplant

What is the difference between MicroFUE and standard FUE?

Both take follicles one by one. MicroFUE uses finer tips and a micro motor, aiming for smaller marks and quicker recovery.

Will I feel pain during the procedure?

Local anaesthesia is used and pain stays minimal. If suitable, needle-free anaesthesia makes the start more comfortable.

When will I see the result?

Transplanted hairs shed within 2–8 weeks. New hair grows from months 3–6 and the result settles at about 12 months.

Unshaven Hair Transplant

Is my hair really not cut at all?

Your hair is not cut completely. Tiny areas where follicles are taken may need trimming, and longer hair covers them. We explain the details at your assessment.

Is the unshaven method right for everyone?

No. It suits mild to moderate loss best. For large areas or limited donor hair, we may suggest another method.

Does it take longer than the shaved method?

Usually a little longer. It averages 6–9 hours and can be split into two sessions if needed.

Beard Transplant

Where do the follicles come from?

Usually from the back of the head, which is more resistant to hair loss in most people. Suitability is confirmed at your assessment.

How long does the procedure take?

About 4–8 hours, usually in a single session.

Will the beard grow straight away?

No. Transplanted hairs shed within 2–8 weeks, new hair grows from months 3–6 and the result settles at about 12 months.

Eyebrow Transplant

Is an eyebrow transplant suitable for both women and men?

Yes. Shape and thickness are designed for each person.

How long does it take?

About 2–5 hours, usually in one session.

When will the new brows show?

They begin to grow within a few months. The final result settles at about 12 months.

PRP Treatment

Does PRP stop hair loss completely?

No. PRP is a supportive treatment. It does not remove the cause of hair loss, and results vary from person to person.

How many sessions do I need?

Usually several. The number and spacing are decided at your assessment, based on your needs.

How long is a session?

About 30–60 minutes. You can usually return to daily life shortly afterwards.

Send your photos — we’ll plan the rest.

Front, top and back: three photos are enough.
